Senior Data Analyst

About the role and about You:
The Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer is a key member of the Data Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Data and FP&A. A strong candidate will be comfortable partnering directly with stakeholders across the business, will enjoy working with autonomy, and will show a very high level of curiosity. Our Data Analytics team is expected to have a good understanding of the whole business, frequently flexing across multiple domains. Your initial core responsibilities will be focused on partnership with our eCommerce and Marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders to track performance, share insights and ultimately influence strategic decision-making.
- Design measurement frameworks and perform in-depth analysis to evaluate the impact of new initiatives, campaigns, and strategic company objectives.
- Produce high quality data models, dashboards and ad hoc reports to support business performance analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and Software Engineers to produce new well-governed datasets, tools and products that will enable team members and internal customers to use data with confidence.
- Support teams to design, launch, monitor, analyze and report on A/B, multivariate and campaign incrementality tests.
- Prioritize your workload and support team members to balance delivery of proactive and practical insights with a timely turnaround on ad hoc requests that are aligned to key company initiatives.
- Collaborate with data analytics peers with a range of experience levels, acting as an intellectual sparring partner and reviewing each others’ work.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or advanced analytical roles.
- Expert-level SQL and strong expertise in data modeling and analytics engineering best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Amplitude and Databricks.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to manage competing priorities, deliver on key initiatives, and drive measurable results within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, resourceful, curious and proactive.
Bonus points:
- Experience in technology, gaming, ecommerce, or subscription businesses are an advantage.
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and other upper funnel marketing tools.
- Advanced analytics methods, including familiarity with Python.

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:
The base salary for this position ranges between $88,000.00 to $137,500.00. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
