The Rich Media AI team is dedicated to transforming real estate online at Zillow. By using cutting-edge computer vision and AI science, we are inventing innovative experiences -- such as 360 tours, interactive floor plans, aerial overviews, and more -- that allow movers to feel like they're already there, all from their devices. This cross-disciplinary group is creating the next chapter of home shopping experiences.
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and deliver innovative home-capture products that make it easy for anyone -- photographers, agents, landlords, and homeowners -- to scan the intricate details of a home faster and more easily than ever before. By merging leading smartphone technologies and on-device 3D/ML models with great user-centered mobile design, your products will provide photography solutions that scale seamlessly across markets and operations.
Your work will come to life every day for millions of shoppers via immersive online experiences, and at the same time, empower thousands of B2B partners with the tools to grow their real estate marketing businesses. In Rich Media AI, you'll be adding your curiosity and drive to a team that values invention, imagination, speed, and impact.
You Will Get To
- Build next-generation home capture products that enable anyone to walk into a home and walk out with market-ready digital experiences.
- Translate market needs and technical/operational constraints into clear, long-term product direction.
- Develop frameworks and strategies to balance business goals, including market adoption, cost, and consumer experience.
- Collaborate with designers to create experiences that delight both photographers and internal operators.
- Partner closely with a collaborative group of PMs, engineers, applied scientists, MLEs, and in-house photographers to build, test, and launch new features.
- Partner with sales and operations to develop go-to-market strategies, monitor adoption, and continuously adapt.
- Define and track key metrics to guide decisions, identify opportunities, and measure success.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $160,900.00 - $257,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $152,900.00 - $244,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Customer-obsessed, able to balance the needs of diverse personas and deliver market-leading products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to launch digital products.
- Strong systems thinker who can assess how digital experiences impact professionals' complex operational workflows.
- Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with continuously-evolving requirements.
- Analytical and curious, using data to form hypotheses, drive decisions, and evaluate results.
- Preferred: Experience with mobile apps, operational technologies, or photography/AI ML/computer vision.
