Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:
  • Create, execute, and operationalize instructor-led training (virtual/in- person) for customers and partners.
  • Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks and metrics.
  • Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment with programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes.
  • Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates and changes.
  • Develop advanced instructor-led training materials.
  • Recommend improvements to Workato's education services.
  • Stay up to date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led events, targeting different customer personas and skill-levels.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various personas. Assess student practical exercises.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as surveys, Instructor Utilization, registration to participation, passed exams, and testimonials.
  • Telecommute from any U.S. location.
  • Travel anywhere in U.S. every few months 1-5 days at a time. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in n Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant or related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
  • Experience communicating with Technical and Business stakeholders
  • Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization
  • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes
  • Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large enterprises
  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases, etc. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
  • Telecommute from any U.S. location. Travel anywhere in the U.S. every few months, 1-5 days at a time. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $129, 210.00 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.

Salary: $129,210.00 - $144,000.00 per annum.
