What You'll Do:

The Sr. Manager, IMG Models plays a vital role in the dynamic world of fashion and modeling, leveraging their international experience to identify and secure lucrative commercial opportunities for models. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Models team, this position focuses on expanding networks, cultivating relationships, and maximizing revenue streams. With a keen eye for talent and a knack for strategic networking, this role drives the success of the Models team within the global IMG network.

  • Identify and coordinate suitable commercial opportunities for Models, drawing upon international expertise.


  • Cultivate and establish new relationships to expand the Models team's network.


  • Collaborate strategically with colleagues in the Models and Fashion department at our Los Angeles office to maximize revenue and commercial potential.


  • Work closely with counterparts in other Models offices within IMG globally, aligning with broader projects and organizational objectives.


  • Contribute to the development of digital prospects for existing models, influencers, and crossover talent.

You Have These:

  • 7 years' experience in major fashion markets, with a preference for international exposure.


  • Proficiency in marketing fashion clientele portfolios.


  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital networking.


  • Demonstrated strength in networking and fostering beneficial connections.


  • Aptitude for identifying lucrative modeling prospects.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments within Models, IMG Fashion, and the wider Company.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$126,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$168,000 annually
