The Role and What You'll Do:

• Support the Office Manager with managing the Front Desk, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, answering incoming calls, and overseeing ingoing and outgoing deliveries.

• Support Talent Managers with the creation of promotional materials and decks.

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic knowledge of and interest in the fashion industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent multi-tasker and problem-solver

• January: Remaining positions posted. Recruiters begin to review applications and contact candidates.

• Mid-March: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending most offers by middle of March.

• June 8 - August 14: US internship program dates

• June 29 - September 4: EMEA internship program dates
