The Role and What You'll Do:
WME Fashion is seeking a Creative Design Associate, Video & Motion to join our team. This is a design-forward role for someone who is a strong editor and motion-maker, but also brings real graphic design craft (typography, layout, social design systems). You will support a wide range of video and design needs across internal teams and brand channels.
This position is fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative, and will report directly to the Design Director.

- Own internal video deliverables end to end, including sizzle reels, talent spotlights, special projects, and day-to-day requests supporting our talent roster and businesses.
- Shoot casting materials, including video and digitals.
- Concept and create video-first content for WME Fashion social channels, partnering with the team on creative approach and execution.
- Capture photo and video coverage for key moments and events, including fashion week, the Met Gala, and company events (interviews, behind-the-scenes, live capture).
- Create design-led social assets that integrate motion and strong typography (templates, series systems, cover frames, thumbnails, title cards).
- Develop motion graphics/animation for social and presentations (type animation, transitions), and perform basic color correction/finishing (color balance, skin tone cleanup, consistency across cuts).
- Design supporting graphic assets for video packages (branded overlays, intro/outro, end cards, still pulls, layout-based frames).
- Prepare and organize assets for delivery (exports, versioning, file management, clean project files).

You Have These:
- 4-5+ years experience in a design + video role; fashion/beauty/entertainment experience is a plus.
- Strong graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy) and experience designing for social.
- Strong editing skills with ability to deliver short- and long-form content under tight deadlines.
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects and Premiere Pro).
- Proficient in operating high-definition DSLR/mirrorless cameras and capturing professional-quality audio for video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with global creative teams (New York, Paris, Milan).
- Familiarity with fashion month/backstage capture and quick-turn social delivery is a strong plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$56,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$75,000 annually
