Job Description:
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-level roles across the organization. This position requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Execute full cycle recruitment for IT/technical roles.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
- Promote employer branding through social media and career events.
- Collaborate with HR team on workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years hands on experience in an IT focused recruiting role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
