About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can architect, build, and scale modern web applications from the ground up. You'll work closely with the Chief Architect/Product owner to shape both the technology and the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering expertise and working knowledge of OT and industrial communication technologies - enabling data integration from factory assets to cloud analytics platforms.

- Lead architecture, design, and development using MERN stack and Python Scripting.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS DocumentDB databases.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and data ingestion from different sources.
- Implement containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate with OT and IT systems for device and asset data collection.
- Drive interoperability across industrial protocols and cloud data services.
- Mentor the team and establish engineering best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Python scripting.
- Deep knowledge of REST API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DocumentDB.
- Experience with Docker and DevOps workflows.
- Familiarity with SNMP, WMI, WinRM, Modbus, OPC UA, or MQTT for OT data collection and system discovery.
- Understanding of network communication fundamentals, device telemetry, and remote management protocols.
- Ability to design data models and workflows bridging OT (field/edge) and IT (cloud/backend).
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience building OT asset discovery, data ingestion, or monitoring systems.
- Exposure to industrial networks, SCADA, or IoT gateways.
- Prior work in Industrial IoT, manufacturing, or OT cybersecurity domains.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000/ Annum.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.

Enterprise Architect - Architecture
DO:
- Interfacing with customer architecture team and CTOs
- Understand customer IT technology strategy / Roadmap and align Wipro POVs
- Work with multiple Accounts to support opportunity qualification process
- Assist in all phases of the sales and delivery process
- Prepare technical solution to RFPs and RFIs
- Direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using knowledge of Utility industry trends and standards
- Develop product demonstrations, including specification, testing, and delivery
- Drive the process of delivering high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations
- Demonstrate common product concepts (e.g. SAP, Oracle, GIS ) used in utility industry
- Provide technical and product directions to the account team for resolution of issues and assist account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Travel to customer sites world wide
