We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator - BILINGUAL (ENG).
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with solid experience in End-to-End Customer Order Management execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management shipping, transportation, export control & custom Invoicing
Job responsibilities:
- End-to-End customer order management execution, from receiving customer purchase order in Logistics to invoice received by customer.
- Order Management,
- Receives & validates customer purchase order; enters & schedules sales order; confirms customer purchase order
- Procurement and Inventory Management
- Distribution (Delivery Management).
- Manages shipping, transportation, export control & custom
- Invoicing
- Receives & checks customer invoice trigger reached; validates invoice preconditions; create, print & send customer invoice; create accounting document/ credit and debit notes
- Runs implemented automation solutions
- Creates and delivers reports
- Troubleshooting
Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain
- Minimum Work Experience of 1-2 years in Sales and distribution module.
- General product knowledge (for delivery process)
- Knowledge of Customer Order Management processes
- Import & Export procedures (foreign trade) knowledge
- Automation solutions knowledge and usage capabilities
- Good domain knowledge- Order to Invoice
- Good command of English & Language
Location:
Guadalajara, ZMG, (Tlaquepaque, Av Camino al Iteso).
Type of work:
Hybrid.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday only, from 8 am to 5pm or 9 am to 6pm.
