Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution
JOB Description
Hands-on experience in AI chatbot testing and CI/CD exposure
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers focused on AI/Chatbot testing projects.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for conversational AI systems.
- Oversee functional, regression, performance, and usability testing of chatbot applications.
- Validate NLP/NLU models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.
- Ensure chatbot integrations with CLM platforms are thoroughly tested and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and data science.
- Drive automation initiatives and CI/CD integration for QA processes.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, test coverage, and defect trends.
- Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI testing and CLM technologies.
2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
