Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and A/V equipment
  • Troubleshoot OS (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard apps (O365, Teams, Skype)
  • Support basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and mobile device management
  • Handle incidents and service requests using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Collaborate with users across all levels and contribute to knowledge base articles


Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security
  • Knowledge of SCCM, VDI, VOIP, and smart hands support
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Electronic
  • Preferred knowledge working with manufacturing plants
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy
