Job Description:

Clarity PPM Developer

Location: Pune and Bangalore

Experience: 6 -10 years

Required skill:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Clarity PPM 15.x and above; Hands-on experience on New UX is required.
• Good knowledge of CA Clarity administration and Third-Party Integrations.
• As a L3 Support Engineer, responsible for Production Release Management, UAT Support and stakeholder management
• Responsible for close collaboration with the team
• Monitoring the application and working with Dev teams closely to resolve high priority issues
• Collaborate closely with the product vendor to work on quarterly upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Creating SOPs and mentoring other team members/stakeholders around support processes
• Have good functional knowledge in various modules of Clarity- Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Demand Management, Financial management and Clarity studio.
• Good knowledge on Clarity GEL Script and Workflow automation
• Have good hands-on knowledge on Clarity Portlet creation
