Join Wipro Technologies as an AX SCM Lead within our Technology Services sector, where you will take a pivotal role in driving the success of supply chain management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3. In this role, you will blend your deep functional expertise with technical knowledge to lead end-to-end lifecycle implementations that optimize inventory, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience managing core modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transfer Orders, Master Planning, Sales Process, and product configuration including BOM and item management. This position demands a strong testing background ensuring robust, high-quality deliverables along with excellent documentation skills including Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user guides, and fit-gap analyses.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and maintain scalable solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your expertise will be key during various phases of project lifecycles-from inception and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Key Highlights:

• Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3 SCM projects end-to-end with expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Sales processes.
• Oversee configuration management of products, items, bills of materials (BOM), and master planning functionalities to streamline supply chain operations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate solution quality and performance.
• Create detailed and accurate project documentation facilitating clear communication among stakeholders and project teams.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering collaborative teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Participate actively in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives leveraging Wipro's culture of reinvention.

Candidate Profile & Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Manufacturing and SCM modules with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in complex, multi-phase project implementations.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transfer Orders, Master Planning, Sales processes, and configuration including Product, Item, BOM, and related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet rigorous quality standards.
• Exceptional documentation skills, including the development of Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user manuals, and gap analysis to support effective project communication and delivery.
• Excellent communication abilities with a proactive approach to client engagement, problem solving, and decision making.
• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams, exemplifying passion for results and execution excellence.
• Agile learner with capacity to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and project requirements in dynamic environments.
