Secondary Skill (optional): Juniper Routing & Switching, Cisco VPN
Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech
Experience Level: 4 - 7 Years
Location of Posting: Pune/ Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in Implementation of all Network platforms WAN/LAN/WI-FI
Excellent Knowledge and troubleshooting skill on the below technologies:
- Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc.
- LAN Technologies: VLAN
- Wi-Fi: Predictive survey, AP design, AP onboarding into WLC
- Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE
- Riverbed
Prepare high quality of SOP/MOPS documents.
Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS and Cisco IOS)
Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. (This includes diagnosing network problems, analyzing network logs, and implementing solutions to resolve network issues)
Assist in network design and implementation.
Update knowledge base with known errors.
Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.
Sharp troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently.
Work within established configuration and change Management policies.
Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.
Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches hot fixes and security configurations
Primary Skill (Must to Have)
Switches - Cisco C4500, C9400, C6800,6500 Series. Cisco 2600, 3500, 3600, 3700, 3800, 9200,9300 and Juniper switches

Do
- Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by the client end user
- Service requests solutioning by maintaining quality parameters
- Act as a custodian of client's network/ server/ system/ storage/ platform/ infrastructure and other equipment's to keep track of each of their proper functioning and upkeep
- Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/ chat/ IMS), ensuring right solutioning as per the defined resolution timeframe
- Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction
- Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high priority tickets/ service
- Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based on service requests
- 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations
- Provide application/ user access as per client requirements and requests to ensure timely solutioning
- Track all the tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per the resolution time defined by the customer
- Maintain timely backup of important data/ logs and management resources to ensure the solution is of acceptable quality to maintain client satisfaction
- Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution and ensure timely client servicing
- Review the log which Chat BOTS gather and ensure all the service requests/ issues are resolved in a timely manner
