Job Description:
About the Role:
- Offer an outstanding IT experience by providing efficient and productive support both in office and to employees working remotely
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, escalating when necessary
- Responsible for providing hands-on support and troubleshooting technical issues across a variety of different third-party applications and day-to-day IT operations.
- Manage the planning and execution of the IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing, setting up and installing IT assets, including migration and decommissioning of older assets where appropriate.
- Supporting Audio/Video and Video Conference systems in our Dublin office
- Staying in communication with users and the team, from intake to resolution
- Maintaining IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides, processes and procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Support technical compliance processes & audits as needed
- Collaborate with Security and Information Security team to ensure best practice cyber security is followed IT Helpdesk (laptops, desktop apps, IT SaaS apps)
Skills & Experience
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments
• Experience with SaaS systems, integrations, user management, and SSO
• Exposure to information security systems and best practices
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking (routing, firewalls, VPNs etc.)
• Knowledge of hosted productivity and communications applications, for example, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .
Experience: 1-3 Years .
