Senior Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Commercial Banking Operations division. Responsibilities of a Senior Digital Product Manager include enabling data product design and delivery with strong governance, integrating analytics and technology, and managing digital platform strategies in partnership with stakeholders and engineering teams to achieve business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
• Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Independently resolve complex issues
• Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with Commercial Banking Product Management or financial services product management
• 2 years of hands-on experience using JIRA/Confluence as a Product Owner for a Scrum Team
• 2 years of technology architecture and design preferred.

Job Expectations:

• In Office 3 days a week with 8 hours in the office per day when onsite
