IT Intern - Project Analyst
Overview
Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The IT Project Management Office team is looking to hire a summer intern on a hybrid work schedule out of our Milford, MA office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2026.

Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making
- Identify and assess project risks and issues
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
