Empower Sales Specialist
Overview
:We are seeking a Sales Specialist for the world's most widely used chromatography data management system.:You will work as part of a team, collaborating with sales and marketing staff.:Remote work is possible if needed.
Responsibilities
: Individuals with a strong customer focus who can communicate appropriately with customers, tailoring their approach to their level of understanding of the target product in order to meet customer needs.: Individuals with a strong desire to solve problems through logical thinking.: Individuals who value teamwork and possess integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of ethics.: Individuals with a certain level of IT knowledge, including servers and networks.: Individuals who can execute the entire process from initial proposal to closing.: Individuals who can collaborate with sales representatives and marketing departments to develop strategies for acquiring new business.: Individuals who can match the optimal solution to customer needs and challenges.
Qualifications

:Those who have graduated from a technical college or a four-year university.

:Experience in IT system implementation is preferred, and knowledge of IT
infrastructure and hardware such as servers is desirable.
:Knowledge of computer system validation in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
:Knowledge of HPLC is highly desirable.

:Someone who can communicate with customers using polite language and provide logical explanations
