Your new Role:

The GFX Intake Lead will lead the coordination and management of projects for the global Graphics, XR, and Virtual teams. Responsibilities will include organizing all graphics, XR, and virtual studio project requirements in accordance with content and operational needs.

Additionally, will coordinate with project leaders and relevant departments to gather the necessary information for project briefs, aligning resources and objectives while following the roadmap for each project phase.

This position will assist the department head in planning and ensuring the capacity and availability of the GFX team.

Your role Accountabilities:

  • Work with Producers, Creative Leads, Engineers, as well as other departments within WBD to capitalize on XR COE efficiencies across the company.
  • Project intake, capture scope and project details, assist with project calendars, and book necessary internal crew and studio resources.
  • Schedule internal resources, book work orders and reconciling them with the GFX team and clients.
  • Coordinate with Production Managers and department heads to make sure crew have resources and materials they need to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, tracking project costs.
  • Report on project list and team bandwidth as part of the global XR & Virtual outlook and roadmap.


Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English
  • 2 - 5 years of TV Production
  • Experience with Budgeting and scheduling
  • Solid project management, planning and communication skills
  • Applied experience in data visualization with Power BI.


Other nice to have:
  • Understanding of XR production and graphics workflow
  • Experience with project management software (Monday, Teams, others).
