Join our dynamic media technology team as a Business Analyst, where your insights will power decisions, optimize workflows, and help shape the future of digital media delivery. You'll bridge the gap between visionary ideas and practical implementation-helping drive solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and tailored to real business needs.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Strategic Thinking Meets Analytical Expertise

  • Leverage past experience and emerging trends to craft inventive, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Balance innovation with real-world business needs to deliver impactful, sustainable results.
  • Make well-informed, cross-functional decisions that transcend specific technologies or industries.

Be the Voice of the Business

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into plain language that drives understanding and alignment.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring all solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and end-user needs.

Shape the Blueprint for Success

  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specs with precision.
  • Align technical feasibility with business impact, ensuring all requirements support long-term goals.
  • Partner closely with UI/UX designers and developers to translate vision into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.

Drive Agile Execution

  • Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Drive clarity in requirements, priorities, and timelines to optimize project execution.
  • Continuously refine and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical support, or media technology environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into robust, technical solutions that deliver results.
  • Deep familiarity with media workflows (MAMs, DAMs, transcoders, post-production, media supply chains).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and backlog management best practices.
  • Skilled in simplifying and communicating complex workflows and systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
