Job Description

The Consulting Director of partnerships and loyalty will support the Visa Consulting & Analytics team to deliver high impact projects to our clients. We are looking for motivated individuals who will provide analysis to shape the insights we deliver to clients, support consulting projects delivery and participate in growing the practice.

Responsibilities include:

Partnership Development & Strategy

· Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with merchants, aggregators, and ecosystem players to enhance Visa’s card proposition offerings.

· Develop frameworks for partnership agreements that unlock funding and resources for consulting projects.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.

Loyalty Program Design & Execution

· Source and curate exclusive merchant offer for Visa’s “Always On CNP” engagements, ensuring relevance and market differentiation.

· Analyze spend patterns and consumer preferences to prioritize top merchants and design innovative campaign calendars, including seasonal and thematic campaigns.

· Manage end-to-end merchant engagement—from contract negotiation and onboarding to offer activation and performance tracking.

Data-Driven Insights:

· Conduct advanced analytics using Visa and external data to identify partnership opportunities and optimize loyalty program impact.

· Collect and analyze post-campaign performance data to measure ROI and continuously refine merchant engagement strategies.

Consulting & Client Engagement:

· Collaborate with consulting teams to integrate partnership-driven solutions into client projects.

· Support development of country-level consulting plans aligned with partnership objectives.

· Contribute to thought leadership and best-practice sharing across regions to scale successful loyalty initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

· Oversee project economics, risk management, and quality assurance for partnership-related deliverables.

· Ensure seamless execution of payment pass-through processes via aggregators when required.

Business Development:

· Drive growth by expanding Visa’s loyalty proposition in the market and supporting business development initiatives.

· Prepare compelling proposals and marketing materials showcasing Visa’s partnership and loyalty capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of experience in partnership development, loyalty programs, digital payments, retail banking, or management consulting; Master’s degree preferred.

· Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating merchant partnerships and designing loyalty offers.

· Strong understanding of payments, banking, and merchant ecosystems.

· Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills, with credibility at senior levels.

· Superior project management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; fluency in English required.

Additional information:

Role can be based out of Egypt, Pakistan, Lebanon or Azerbaijan.
