The Analyst, SMB Program Delivery will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of small business programs and events. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliverables, track progress, and ensure timelines are met. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is eager to learn and grow in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of small business programs, services, and event activations.
  • Manage project timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to coordinate SMB programs and events.
  • Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and status reports
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.
  • T rack and update project progress in internal systems and tools.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to delivery leads.
  • Provide post-delivery support, including gathering client feedback and supporting reporting needs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.  ​

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client services, operations, project coordination, or event support role (internships and co-op experience accepted).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 93,200.00 to 131,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
