Job Description

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to help financial and non-financial clients increase their payment volumes, grow new payment areas, and expand their customer base through new card issuance or acceptance partnerships.
  • Help nurture strong working relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client and partner organizations to promote Visa’s products and services.
  • Contribute to building business cases, forecasting revenue, and supporting deal structuring and execution. Help track financial performance and ensure alignment with internal budgeting processes.
  • Keep account plans updated and ensure visibility of the sales pipeline to support business development and client engagement efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business and product opportunities, support proposal development, and assist in preparing materials for client meetings and internal reviews.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years in the payments industry, ideally in sales or relationship management within Corporate or SME sectors. Prior experience as a credit card product management within a financial institution advantageous
  • Strong financial & analytical skills with a keen eye for data extraction, manipulation, and insight development with limited data
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a positive, flexible mindset and the ability to lead change in dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
