Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Partner with IT and business teams to guide technology solutions that align with company objectives, acting as a strategic owner for enterprise systems.

• Assess IT requests with a business-focused approach, guiding projects to meet operational needs and drive meaningful outcomes.

• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights to management.

• Serve as liaison between corporate and regional locations, conducting audits to identify system improvements, optimize performance and enhance processes and communication.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 10+ years working in a cross-functional role.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

• Project Management experience or certificate is preferred.

• IT knowledge and SQL experience a plus.
