About the Role
The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our Uber Advertising team Spain. As a Client Partner you will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top non endemic brands and media agencies and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

- Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals. Mdia agencies and advertisers
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs
- Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings
- Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises
- Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 7+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
- Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations and media agencies
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges
- Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel.

- Partner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
- Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives, media agencies and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
