About the role and team

This role is on the front lines of growing our Uber Eats restaurant partnerships. You'll be responsible for building our selection by finding, pitching, and signing deals with key SMB (small-to-medium-sized) restaurants. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where your persistence directly impacts the choices available to millions of Uber Eats users, helping our restaurant partners grow their revenue.

Success here means thriving in a quota-driven environment. You'll manage a full sales cycle, navigating quick conversations and complex negotiations with restaurant owners. It requires grit, sharp communication, and a 'go-get-it' mindset to overcome objections and build a strong pipeline. This is a chance to make a tangible impact on the business while honing your sales skills at a massive scale.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline, using persistent outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to connect with key restaurant partners.
  • Represent the Uber Eats platform, clearly communicating its value to restaurant owners and navigating the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Handle negotiations for SMB restaurant groups, structuring agreements that create sustainable value for both the partner and Uber.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets, adapting your strategy to close deals and grow Uber's restaurant selection in your territory.
  • Identify and share best practices for prospecting and closing, helping to refine the sales process for the entire team.

Basic qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts with SMB accounts.

Preferred qualifications

  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build trust quickly.
  • Resilience and a 'go get it' attitude, especially when navigating high volumes of outreach.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage a large pipeline.
  • Coachability and an interest in implementing feedback to improve performance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$65,000 per year - USD$72,000 per year.

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$57,500 per year - USD$64,000 per year.
