As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will directly manage major enterprise chain restaurant partners in Japan, serving as a trusted consultant and the primary point of contact for Uber Eats. You will take full end-to-end ownership of growth KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner performance, address challenges, and unlock long-term opportunities for both Uber Eats and its partners. In this role, you won't just impact a client's sales-you will influence their overall digitalization strategy and long-term business evolution.

Your Impact in Role
  • Portfolio Management: Manage approximately 10-15 high-impact enterprise accounts, ensuring effective portfolio management and sustainable growth.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to identify new opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), driving commercial growth, partner investment, and long-term business sustainability.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Proactively lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to balance VR-specific business needs, consumer demand, operational quality, and commercial priorities.
  • Performance Insights: Monitor the WoW (ways of working) rhythm of the business, utilizing data to identify hidden trends and proactively address performance gaps while maintaining portfolio quality.

The Experience You'll Bring

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in Solution Selling and managing large-scale enterprise accounts or complex partner portfolios.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Strong communication skills with experience negotiating with C-level stakeholders and influencing both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to develop solid Joint Business Plans (JBPs), balance multiple business priorities, and drive execution to achieve commercial and operational targets.
  • Language: Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Background: Experience in the technology, e-commerce, digital media, or food & beverage sectors, including virtual restaurants.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to tell a story and influence partner behavior (data-driven decision-making) while balancing growth opportunities with operational quality.
  • Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the resilience to adapt to changing priorities and complex business challenges.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, driving partner investment, and expanding the Uber Eats footprint within a partner's business.
