What you'll do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our top grocery and convenience retailers.
• Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock value for clients while driving internal processes to set partners up for success.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline with urgency and discipline, staying resilient through long-term negotiations and inevitable setbacks.
• Lead contract negotiations that establish sustainable economics for both parties, often with imperfect information or shifting market dynamics.
• Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to shape proposals and resolve blockers that allow our new vertical initiatives to scale.
• Own your results end-to-end, from initial prospecting and pitching to the final stages of partner onboarding.

Basic Qualifications

• 8 + years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or business development with large, complex organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working across large data sets to tell a compelling, data-driven story.
• Proficiency in managing high-velocity project timelines and multiple stakeholders concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with food delivery, retail, or third-party marketplaces.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and using SQL to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing commercial environment.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.

For Miami, FL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $248,333 - USD $276,667. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $99,333 - USD $110,667.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $248,333 - USD $276,667. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $99,333 - USD $110,667.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
