Customer Support Representative with Danish
About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work for the Uber Rides team with varying tasks and drive several parallel activities. In your role, you will primarily work as support for the Danish and Nordic market, with contact towards customers and partners. The work tasks include, among other things, responsibility for internal and external communication and support towards customers. You will primarily work via email, but outgoing contact via phone and chats will occur.
Initially, you will exclusively work at Uber's office in Stockholm/Solna. After the initial three months, you will have the possibility of remote work a couple of days a week.
What You Will Do:
- Support for Uber's customers in the Nordic market
- Provide high quality virtual customer support through ticket systems (chat and email) and possibly phone
- Ensure low to medium complexity customer issues are resolved using procedures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and demonstrate empathy while solving customer concerns
- May perform root cause analysis and present findings
- Work on a line of business which has low ambiguity, is stable, with well documented procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in person or contact center environment
- Very good knowledge of Danish, English, and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Comfortable operating in multiple modalities
- Computer skills
- Proactive and initiative-taking person who is happy to take on new tasks and drive their own projects.
- You have a distinct ability to handle many issues in parallel, are flexible, and have high integrity.
- This presupposes that you have good social skills and enjoy a large network of contacts.
