Creative and Design Program Manager, Uber Advertising

Today New York, NY

About the Role

We are the Creative Ads Lab (CAL), an in-house strategic team within the rapidly growing Uber Advertising division. Our Mission is to define the design and operating structure that enables global scale of client campaign support. We leverage our multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and developers to transform client assets into best-in-class, high-performing campaigns, acting as a crucial strategic lever for sustainable revenue growth and long-term client investment. We ensure Uber Advertising is a world-class, global must-buy for brands.

We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and deeply experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence across the entire creative lifecycle. You will serve as the organizational backbone of the Creative Ads Lab, responsible for project managing the creation and execution of creative assets, from early GTM efforts to post-campaign performance analysis. You will directly manage project pipelines for our senior graphic designers, ensuring timely delivery and clear prioritization that maximizes creative impact and supports the organization's strategic revenue goals.

What You'll Do:

Creative Production & Workflow Management:

  • Own the end-to-end creative production pipeline across multiple global markets and time zones (follow-the-sun model)
  • Lead daily and weekly project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of all high-priority campaigns
  • Define, document, and manage workflows to streamline the ad setup process, maximizing designer time on high-value creative work

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Ad Product Launch:

  • Project manage the creative GTM strategy for new Uber Advertising products, ensuring all required materials (specs, prototypes, playbooks) are delivered on time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Ops, Legal, Sales) to ensure global feasibility and compliance of creative assets before launch
  • Maintain the global creative production calendar, aligning internal resources with client beats and strategic launches

  • Ensure the CAL team receives timely campaign performance data to inform design decisions and enable data-backed creative solutions
  • Standardize the process for generating post-campaign creative takeaways and case studies used by Sales to secure renewals and upsell opportunities

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Serve as the primary project liaison between the CAL and Sales, Account Management, and GTM teams.
  • Manage external creative vendors and contractors, ensuring quality control, budget adherence, and seamless integration into the CAL production pipeline

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Creative Program Management or Creative Operations within an ad-tech company, digital agency, or internal corporate advertising/marketing organization
