Client Partner, Non Endemic (Uber Advertising)
About the Role
Our Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for a Client Partner to help accelerate growth across Non-Endemic industries in Mexico.
In this role, you will partner with some of Mexico's largest and most recognized brands, owning the strategy and performance of your vertical from end to end. You'll have the opportunity to shape long-term partnerships, drive business growth, and operate with a high level of ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will connect Uber's unique first-party mobility and delivery insights with your clients' marketing objectives. Beyond selling advertising solutions, you will develop data-driven strategies that help brands engage consumers during high-intent, real-world moments while delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategic growth: Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that support partner marketing objectives and consistently deliver against quarterly growth goals.
- Build executive relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, C-level marketing leaders, and other key decision-makers across Mexico's leading organizations.
- Lead consultative conversations: Apply critical thinking and a consultative approach to solve complex business challenges, navigate stakeholder needs, and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Grow product adoption: Help clients maximize value across Uber's Mobility and Delivery advertising solutions by introducing new products and identifying opportunities that align with their business goals.
- Craft compelling narratives: Develop impactful client presentations and sales stories that demonstrate how Uber's data and advertising solutions can drive measurable results.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to share customer insights, influence product improvements, and help shape future Ads solutions.
- Contribute to team success: Support teammates, share best practices, and contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing Ads organization as the business continues to grow.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising or media sales, with an understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and upper-funnel marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to support recommendations, sales strategies, and business outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex products and capabilities into clear, compelling stories that address client business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising sales, including managing enterprise, large customer, or strategic accounts.
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, sophisticated brands.
- Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships and developing strategic sales plans that create value for both clients and Uber.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing long-term partnerships.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, adapting priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
- Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills. Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required to collaborate with local partners and global cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading through influence, collaborating across teams, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
