About the role and team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding the Uber Eats restaurant network, specifically targeting major enterprise partners and national brands. You aren't just selling a product; you are building long-term, multi-stakeholder partnerships in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where the answers aren't always clear.

This is an opportunity to move the real world by helping large-scale businesses connect with millions of customers. You will need to be resilient, resourceful, and energised by the complex reality of securing deals. If you thrive on ownership and are motivated by seeing your efforts result in a tangible impact on the communities we serve, this is where you will grow.

What you'll do
  • Build and grow long-term partnerships with major restaurant chains by understanding their unique business needs and aligning them with Uber's value proposition.
  • Navigate the complexity of enterprise-level negotiations, securing sustainable economics for both our partners and Uber while managing internal and external pressure points.
  • Manage high-value pipelines with urgency and discipline, adapting your strategy to handle long-term trust-building and fast-closing opportunities alike.
  • Collaborate across operations, marketing, and legal teams to shape proposals, unblock implementation hurdles, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Use data-driven insights and market expertise to influence senior C-suite stakeholders and resolve objections in a competitive and constantly evolving landscape.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract execution and successful activation.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-sized sales, specifically managing high-value, complex partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional fluency in the primary language of the region and english proficiency
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles and building trust with C-suite leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep domain knowledge in the technology, restaurant, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product or operational feedback.
  • Demonstrable resilience and adaptability in high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Experience in market expansion or city-growth strategies within a fast-paced tech company.

Ready to Ride?

This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you.
