Bilingual Inbound Account Executive, Uber Eats, Dutch & French speaking

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, informative, and personalized output to restaurants proactively seeking to work with Uber Eats.
• Understand restaurant needs, exceed their expectations at every touchpoint of their onboarding, ultimately fostering trustful relationships that drive partnership growth.
• Facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding for new restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to the expansion of restaurants across the Brussels territory and potentially surrounding regions.

What You'll Need (Qualifications)

• A customer-centric profile, determined to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional experience to partners.
• Capability to work independently and proactively, with excellent organizational skills in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and French is required (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our restaurant partners.
• A good level of English is necessary for effective communication within an international context and with internal teams.
• Ideally, experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer relationship management or sales, including handling incoming inquiries and requests (Bonus Point).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (Bonus Point).
• A deep understanding of the Uber Eats product and familiarity with the restaurant market are strong assets (Bonus Point).
