About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding Uber Eats' presence by forging strong partnerships with restaurants in your territory. This is a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth of a leading food delivery platform.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

  1. Represent Uber Eats with clarity and enthusiasm to restaurant owners, highlighting our services, values, and product offerings to inspire partnership.
  2. Develop and apply strategic prospecting techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber Eats and our latest innovations.
  4. Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new partners.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Uber Eats' mission and culture.
  6. Proactively engage with prospects through diverse channels-calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, informative, and personalized output to restaurants proactively seeking to work with Uber Eats.
  8. Facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding for new restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently
  9. Contribute to the expansion of restaurants across the Italian-speaking territory in Switzerland

---- Basic Qualifications ----
  1. Work authorization in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided)
  2. Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Proven ability to sell, persuade, and negotiate with confidence
  5. Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
  6. Comfortable using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to drive engagement
  7. Genuine passion for food, technology, and Uber Eats' mission

---- Preferred Qualifications ----
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
  2. Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  4. Understanding of the Swiss restaurant and food delivery market
  5. Additional language proficiency (e.g., German)
  6. Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
