AVP - Team Administrator APAC

Role Overview

Tradeweb is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Management Team and wider APAC business. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our regional operations and maintaining a collaborative, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Head of Asia, including diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, and processing expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to the APAC Leadership team (ie. Managing Directors), including processing and tracking expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports.
  • Support with document formatting, proofreading, and data entry as required.

Office & Operations Management
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and managing post/couriers.
  • Work with the Tradeweb Facilities team to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and building management to ensure facilities and supplies are maintained (as required).
  • Assist in organising food/drinks/snacks for APAC office locations.

People & Culture Support
  • Assist HR / Facilities / IT with onboarding new hires (e.g. desk setup, welcome packs, scheduling inductions).
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, regional visits, internal social events.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or team assistant role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience within financial services or a corporate environment preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
