About the team
We are the T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Responsibilities:
• Experienced in user research, capable of designing and implementing both qualitative and quantitative research methods based on business needs; skilled at understanding user needs, identifying pain points in user experience, discovering experience issues valuable to the business, and driving optimization.
• Design and optimize user feedback features in TikTok and other apps, to improve the validity of feedback signals, and continuously explore strategies for feedback data analysis and application.

• Collaborate and align with the business side on prioritization and resolution expectations of issues identified from user feedback, push and follow up for case resolution and measure improvement from user feedback perspective, which leads to continuous enhancement of search quality and user experience.
• Plan and build overall project workflows, drive project execution, and efficiently manage cross-functional coordination, resource alignment, and process management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: The role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as in Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion.
• 3-5 years of experience in user research or product operations, with the ability to independently design and implement user needs and feedback research plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of user experience in search of Al LLM products, with insights into target user groups and usage scenarios.
• Strong data sensitivity, with solid skills in data analysis and synthesis; adept at using data to uncover and articulate business problems and proactively drive solutions and optimizations.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202666 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
