The E-Commerce's Governance and Experience team at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy not only for our users, but also for sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to drive Seller Governance product strategies and solutions for TikTok Shopping in North America regions.
As a product manager on our Commerce team, you will work with other teams to build product features and strategies across sellers' lifecycles. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve TikTok shopping, as well methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in TikTok Commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategies and develop clear product roadmap for seller governance and risk mitigation by analyzing and identifying business problems/opportunities.
- Drive product design and implementation through close collaborations with UI/UX designers, Engineers, QAs and XFN trams.
- Partner with other teams to identify product capabilities required to deliver the business goals.
- Provide insights on product performance and seller behavior, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and improvements, defining product requirements for new features and coordinating development efforts as the product owner.
- Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product management ideally in consumer-facing internet companies.
- Broad technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of frontend, backend, machine learning / algorithms and platform products.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions, and drive execution.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace. Strong domain expertise in seller governance products and solutions, e.g., Registration and Onboarding, Compliance, KYB/KYC, or risk management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and audience
- Flexible and experienced in project management, can lead and operate multiple project streams confidently
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
