TikTok Shop - Product Manager Leader, 1P App Store Integration

- Oversee the design of scalable integration tools and standards that allow 1P/3P partners to build on our platform while maintaining high quality and security standards.
- Ensure the complete product lifecycle management from design to development, launch, and subsequent iterations through collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a product manager, involved in the entire process of product initiation, design, development, promotion, and iteration.
- Familiar with the product functions and integration design of mainstream DTC platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, SFCC, etc.) and third-party seller tools (such as Rithum, Zendesk, Yotpo, etc.), having engaged in integration product design or seller tool product design for related platforms.
- Possesses excellent product experience design capabilities, logical analysis skills, and data analysis skills, with a business perspective.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments and advance the smooth progress of projects.
- Experience managing, hiring, and building a team of product managers.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Economics, or a related technical/business field is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $237614 - $486400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
