Responsibilities
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Global Moderation is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. As a Moderation Operation Associate - Intern, you will support the Moderation Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration. You will maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures, provide liaison support between inhouse and external vendors, identify process improvement areas.
Responsibilities
- Tool and SOP Utilization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms. Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately to perform daily tasks and ensure operational consistency.

- Policy & Process Updates: Stay informed on the latest policy and process changes. Proactively adapt to new requirements and integrate them into day-to-day workflows.
- SOP Maintenance & Optimization: Support the upkeep, review, and enhancement of SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
- Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc or cross-functional projects. Contribute to the execution and documentation of project deliverables where needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow instructions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with strong organizational skills. Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to a full-time/part-time internship (minimally 3 days a week) from July to end October 2025.
