About the team
We are looking for a Mass Seller Operations and Education professional to be responsible for merchant recruitment and growth operations with the core objective of increasing the number of available merchants, merchant activity, and GMV growth. This role requires strong project management, and the ability to translate platform strategies into clear, executable actions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tiered operations throughout the merchant lifecycle, identifying the key needs of novice, growing, high-quality, and benchmark merchants, and developing differentiated activation, retention, and growth strategies;
- Plan and implement recruitment activities, email marketing, digital marketing, merchant tasks, incentive policies, merchant communities, merchant seminars, and other educational activities to improve merchant reach and engagement efficiency;

- Build localized merchant education and growth content, covering core operational scenarios such as platform rules, store operations, product selection, traffic and advertising, logistics fulfillment, after-sales service, and compliance;
- Analyze merchant lifecycles, operational performance, and core pain points using data-driven methods, identify growth opportunities that can be addressed through scalable operations, and continuously optimize strategies;
- Collect merchant feedback and operational issues, drive relevant teams to complete problem-solving loops, and continuously optimize seller experience and merchant operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with teams specializing in algorithms, user growth, marketing, product, recruitment, customer service, and fulfillment to drive the implementation of large-scale projects and empower growth for tens of thousands of sellers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of e-commerce related work experience;
- Experience in large-scale user or merchant growth, familiar with operational methods such as merchant recruitment, incentive policies, marketing, advertising, merchant community building, and merchant education;
- Ability to operate throughout the entire merchant lifecycle, designing and implementing operational strategies around merchant activation, engagement, retention, growth, and GMV improvement;
- Data-sensitive, able to define goals, build metrics, track progress, analyze complex business problems, identify growth opportunities, and continuously iterate operational strategies;
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and project driving capabilities, able to work with partners from different functions and levels to promote the implementation of complex projects;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, platform merchant operations, or merchant growth;
- Experience in the Latin American market, especially the Mexican market, is preferred.
