Responsibilities

Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in TikTok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. Committed to customer satisfaction, we navigate challenges with the spirit of efficiency & collaboration, embodying TikTok Shop's dedication to excellence in every delivery.

1. Responsible to maintain Warehouse performance (Sortation Process)
2. Implement strategies to optimize lead time and minimize delivery times.
3. Monitor and analyze end to end performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
4. Provide coaching and support to Spv, Leaders & Daily Worker to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
5. Handle escalated Line Haul Team and First Mile Team, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
7. Familiar with sop & cost efficiency of local warehouse, continuously optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance the cost advantage of local warehouse.
8. Ensure the direction of strategy of local & regional is consistent.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Sortation delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
