About the Team:
We are seeking an elite problem-solver to join the TikTok Shop SMB (Small Medium Business) Scalable Solutions team. In this high-impact role, you will exclusively own and architect our seller experience and governance vertical strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the definitive content thought leader and representative for the SMB team across TikTok Shop.
- Partner seamlessly with Product, Creator, and Strategy teams, aligning your initiatives with overarching OKRs to unlock net-new ecosystem value.
- Apply rigorous logic to deconstruct the seller content-to-GMV journey. You must definitively diagnose where the system is breaking: Seller supply --> Content supply --> Traffic Quality --> Conversion --> GMV Growth.
- Leverage Aeolus, Advanced Excel, and other analytical tools to manipulate complex, high-volume datasets. Turn ambiguous data into sharp, actionable strategic levers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of highly complex, quarterly platform-level projects optimized for revenue expansion or structural cost reduction.
- Manage concurrent, multi-threaded workstreams. Ensure the cumulative impact of your projects portfolio delivers ROI that is greater than the sum of its parts.

- Translate complex data and strategic pivots into crisp, Amazon-style 1-pagers.
- Communicate progress, post-mortems, and resource needs to senior leadership with logically airtight, data-backed precision.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Experience: 3+ years in high-stakes, analytically rigorous environments (e.g., product management at big tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or hyper-growth tech strategy) with a proven track record of complex stakeholder management.
- Analytical Rigor: Elite quantitative skills (highly proficient in Excel) paired with exceptional critical thinking. You naturally break down ambiguous, multi-variable problems into MECE components.
- Mindset: Zero ego, fiercely agile, and intellectually hungry. You are not sensitive about titles; you care about driving outsized business impact in a high-velocity environment.
- Executive Presence: Highly proficient in synthesizing information and driving alignment among senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Language: High proficiency in Mandarin is required as the main stakeholders for this role are product and engineering managers team based in Mainland China.
