TikTok Shop - Business Development and Partnership Manager (Collectibles)
Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Design is a global design organization shaping the future of content commerce through user experience, AI-enabled innovation, and scalable design systems. We create end-to-end product experiences across the commerce ecosystem, for consumers, merchants, creators, and operators, covering everything from content discovery and shopping decisions to business growth and commerce services.
Our mission is to make commerce simpler, more trustworthy, and more creative. Design is a strategic driver of that growth, helping consumers discover products more easily, merchants grow their businesses more efficiently, and creators find more opportunities.
You will work at the intersection of user experience, business growth, AI innovation, and global scale, helping define what AI-native product design looks like across the full commerce ecosystem.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships across the collectibles ecosystem, working with trade show organizers, manufacturers, IP owners, grading companies such as PSA, and other key players across the value chain. You will identify where partnerships can unlock growth for the category, shape the partnership models, and drive deals from first conversation to signature.
