Technical Program Manager Lead- Monetization Ads Product and Tech

-Take an ambiguous problem, clarify its scope, and design a detailed project plan to solve it, by exercising sound technical and business judgment.
-Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal as well as external stakeholders and delivery teams.
-Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the organization's efficiency and velocity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Experience in consulting or project management
-Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, has developed and led new initiatives from the ground up
-Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
-Experience in hands-on large scale software development
-Experience in implementing processes and improving efficiencies for large teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in digital ads industry.
-Familiar with software development tasks, and proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java or Python).
-Familiarity with middleware is preferred, and knowledge of algorithms will be a plus

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156800 - $403200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
