Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Global Payment (Third Party Associate)

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payment team builds a world class platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing HR team in Singapore. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to strategically source, engage, and pipeline top-tier talent across various functions.
You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of mid to senior positions.
2. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
3. Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
4. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
5. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Lead and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
6. Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years or equivalent of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
2. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient processes.
2. Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.
