Special Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation - Collectibles) - 2026 Start - 2027 Start
Responsibilities
The US Operations team onboards sellers, drives business growth, improves user experience, and provides operations and sales support in the US market. We are organized into Category Management teams that acquire new brands and incubate and accelerate them on TikTok Shop, alongside Central teams covering creator operations, campaign operations, projects, and agency partnerships, working with cross-functional and category teams to grow GMV across merchants of every size.
As the business grows, we take on complex challenges across seller growth and creator and agency ecosystem development.
You will shape merchant success, user experience, and the next phase of e-commerce growth in the US.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop category and business strategies by diagnosing key growth opportunities, structural challenges, and operational bottlenecks across TikTok Shop's Collectibles business.
- Engage high potential leads to join TikTok Shop via phone calls, emails, video conferencing, etc.
- Continually advance a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, readiness for platform, and ability to execute live-focused content commerce
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to aid brand onboarding & integration and optimize speed
- Assist with initial live streaming operations for newly onboarded brands or merchants
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with strong interest in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with and influencing key stakeholders to drive business development outcomes
- Experience with livestreaming e-commerce platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Quick learner who is proactive and adaptable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong structured thinking, analytical skills, and sound judgment
- Excellent communicational skills, with the ability to drive initiatives forward
