About The Team
The Data Speech Team specializes in R&D and product innovation of speech and music AIGC large models. Our mission is to empower content creation and voice interaction with multimodal AIGC audio technologies, enabling simpler, more immersive and diversified production, consumption and interaction of audio content.
We have built multimodal audio technologies covering large-model speech synthesis, speech comprehension and music generation, and keep iterating end-to-end large-model voice interaction solutions. As an internal middle platform, we support the company's full portfolio of products. On the other hand, we deliver production-ready voice tech capabilities and services to enterprises externally.

Responsibilities
- Undertake the research and development of service architecture for our speech AI products; quickly build AI speech-related platform applications and backend service pipelines, and continuously optimize service experience and stability.
- Implement and apply speech and multimodal dialogue technology frameworks based on large models to practical business scenarios.
- Continuously explore the use of AI capabilities to enhance product experience and improve engineering efficiency across various scenarios.
- Provide advanced speech capabilities for our related products, empower businesses as well as AI products, and influence hundreds of millions of users through AI technology.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- At least two years of backend development experience with a solid grasp of distributed and microservice principles and corresponding technology stacks.
- Exceptional programming skills with proficient application of mainstream data structures and algorithms; skilled in Go.
- Familiar with the characteristics of common device-cloud communication protocols such as WSS and HTTP/2, with relevant hands-on practical experience.
- Strong curiosity about large model technologies and applications, able to rapidly absorb emerging technologies and technical paradigms.
- Broad technical vision and excellent system architecture design capabilities. Meticulous, thorough and responsible, with high standards for engineering specifications and code quality.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience with C++ or Python.
- Practical experience in speech systems, dialogue agents, smart hardware or ToB delivery projects.
- In-depth understanding of speech algorithms and underlying technical principles; familiar with technical metrics and iteration processes for product commercialization.
- Experience building large-scale online services featuring high concurrency and massive traffic; proven experience tuning performance for complex systems is highly desirable.
- Public code contributions to influential AI open-source projects, or in-depth hands-on practice and thorough comprehension of renowned AI projects.
- Award winners of ACM, NOI, IOI or TopCoder contests.
