Senior Product Manager (Content Product (POI Details) - TikTok Local Service)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in product management for internet, consumer technology, digital platform, or related products.
- Demonstrated ability to understand user needs across diverse international markets and translate complex business problems into intuitive product experiences.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with experience using AI tools, data analysis, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) to inform product decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building customer-facing, e-commerce, local services, or consumer internet products.
- Experience with content products or location-based discovery experiences, such as POI detail pages, maps, rankings, or place discovery.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered products or integrating AI capabilities into product experiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving search, recommendation, commerce, or transaction systems.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $228000 - $396000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
