Safety Labeling Team: Trainer
Responsibilities
About the Team
The Trust and Safety were established to create to bring safety to the platform. We work hard to make sure the platform is protected and able to provide the best experience for all of our users.
Responsibilities
-Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
-Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment in English or Korean language.
-Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
-Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding of the policy.
-Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with local cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
-Work with labeling business teams to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-This role will be KR based.
-Bachelor's degree or above.
-Proficient in English and Korean.
-At least 1+ year training experience in Trust and Safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
Preferred Qualifications
-Fast adaptation and learning ability.
-Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
-Clear logic of understanding policy definitions and differences.
-Being familiar with machine learning and content understanding will be an added advantage.
-Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage.
-Positive and active attitudes towards work.
-The ability to solve problems and issues independently.
