Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern (Scaled Growth, Paid Search) - 2026 Start

Responsibilities

The Product-Led Growth team is focused on acquiring new, quality TTAM advertisers and is comprised of several key teams. Within the Product-Led Growth team, this role would sit on Global Search Pod within the Paid Acquisition team. The Global Search Pod owns external Paid Search Ads across channels like Google and Microsoft Bing and works closely with SEO and Mid-Funnel Paid Ads teams as well.

Responsibilities:
- Directly assisting the Global Paid Search Pod on all tasks pertaining to paid ads campaigns primarily across Google and Microsoft Bing, with the goal of acquiring new TTAM advertisers.
- End-to-End Project Management/Execution: Working closely with external paid media agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to manage and execute both ad hoc and ongoing key initiatives/tests within Paid Search campaigns. Be prepared to own at least one project from end-to-end.
- Data Tracking and Reporting Insights: Closely monitor paid search data trends to identify opportunities or performance concerns. Collaborate with internal teams and external media agencies to address any opportunities/concerns. Also support teams with ad hoc and ongoing data reporting asks, including but not limited to: updating data and adding performance analyses on weekly agendas, providing external media agencies with raw performance data on a weekly basis, directly flagging performance concerns to agencies.
